- How to create team values that take alignment beyond just tasks and actually guide behavior
- 3 steps to clarifying roles and responsibilities
- A simple feedback approach to generate accountability between team members
- 7 strategies to making meetings more productive, interesting, and useful
PART 2: TEAM COLLABORATION (Approved for 1.25 (General) recertification credit hours toward PHR, SPHR and GPHR recertification through the HR Certification Institute.): While many teams protect and hoard resources, hire the “same type of people”, and make differences an obstacle, the best teams know the importance of communication and collaboration. Using the DiSC profile, you and your team members will build trust, overcome differences and enhance teamwork and efficiency by learning more about:
- Your preferred style of communication and how it helps and limits you when interacting with each other
- How to immediately recognize other peoples’ styles
- Strategies for adapting to different styles so you can better connect with and relate to your co-workers, employees, and your boss
